We deal with absolutely everything commercial property wise, so everything from small retail units (ie local shop) to large retail units (ie supermarkets), & also large industrial properties, office buildings etc. etc....

A commercial mortgage is similar to a residential mortgage, except the collateral is a commercial building or other business real estate, not residential property. In addition, commercial mortgages are typically taken on by businesses instead of individual borrowers. The borrower may be a partnership, incorporated business, or limited company, so assessment of the creditworthiness of the business can be more complicated than is the case with residential mortgages

Almost all of the people we deal with are local small business's, ie convenience stores, public houses, (almost any business's you can think off and almost all business's need a premesis) so a wide variety of business types, so relative unknowns in the wider world, we do have quite a few wealthy private clients as well, but they probably wouldn't want me to put their names on the website...
