how it works
1. Enquire by phone
Speak to one of our friendly experienced advisors, we will usually tell you over the phone our feedback and guidance. We will talk you through the whole process and how quickly we expect to achieve the deal you are after.
2. Document gathering
If we feel we can get you the deal you need then we will ask for all the supoorting documentation to present the case to the lender for a formal sanction.
3. Present your case
We will present your case to the lenders on our panel who we feel will offer the best deal for you, and look to get a formal credit sanction subject to valuation at this point. We will work and use our strong reputation and relationships with lenders.
4. Complete required investigations
Assuming we get a formal sanction from the lender in writing, we then look to proceed with a valuation of the subject property and provide any other reports/requirements the lender has asked for. Solicitors are then instructed once this has all been satisfactorily completed.
5. Completion
On satisfactory completion of all required due dilligence and legal work by your solicitor, the lender will look to complete your loan.
