Established client in Liverpool achieved planning to build 13 residential bungalows on land he owns, we provided 100% of development costs to bring the project to completion. We agreed a deal on a 12 month term, and provided a drawdown facility for the build. £550k funded by our in house lender.
Serial property investor had a loan facility of £900k with his bank, they called in the loan due to them withdrawing out of the property market leaving our client to find a deal. We acheived a total refinance and completed within their time scales.
