Speak to one of our friendly experienced advisors, we will usually tell you over the phone our feedback and guidance. We will talk you through the whole process and how quickly we expect to achieve the funding you are after.
If we feel we can get you the funding you need then we will ask for all the supporting documentation to present the case to the lender for a formal sanction.
Present your case
We will present your case to the lenders on our panel who we feel will offer the best terms for you, and look to get a formal credit sanction subject to valuation at this point. Our experience, strong reputation and relationships with lenders will assist in obtaining approval with best term.
Complete required investigations
Assuming we obtain a written formal sanction from the lender, we then look to proceed with a valuation of the subject property and provide any other reports/requirements the lender has asked for. Solicitors are then instructed once this has all been satisfactorily completed.
On satisfactory completion of all required due diligence and legal work by your solicitor, the lender will look to complete your loan.
